RESIDENZA SIMONA is located in Tremezzina, a unique and exclusive location on Lake Como.

On foot, from our location, you can visit Villa Balbianello, an elegant and splendid Villa with wonderful gardens that extends to the lake. Inside you can admire collections of Chinese, African and Pre-Columbian art, English and French eighteenth-century furniture, a small museum that collects documents and memorabilia from Monzino, the last owner, before Villa BALBIANELLO became a member of FAI.

You can rent the Villa and, in recent years, it is a popular destination for foreigners who choose it for their wedding ceremony.

OPENING HOURS - open every day except Mondays and Wednesdays and closed all public holidays.

From mid-March to mid-November: 10:00 -18:00. Last entrance to the gardens at 5.15 pm, and to the villa 4.30 pm.

A place of rare beauty, where the historic home hosts masterpieces of art, museum, conferences and corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, wedding ceremonies and a wonderful botanical park with rarities to see besides the spring flowering of rhododendrons and azaleas.

COMACINA ISLAND & ANTIQUARIUM: in Ossuccio tel 0344 56369

The tour in Ossuccio includes a visit to the Antiquarium, an archaeological museum, a visit to the romantic church of S. Maria Maddalena, then on board the Lucia, a typical boat, a cultural itinerary on the Comacina Island where there is a Roman archaeological area between ruins and artists' houses.

The castle stands in the Spina Verde Park in Como, in a strategic place for controlling the area.

Inside the tower there is a small museum.
